Whether your process calls for a power
supply with a single output or multiple outputs, Pulse,
Pulse Periodic Reverse, or DC output, the Pro Series will
meet your needs. The Pro Series programmable rectifiers
from Dynatronix, Inc. are the most technologically advanced
power supplies on the market today. Our staff of experienced
hardware and software engineers have designed the Pro Series
from the ground up, ensuring you get the most reliable and
flexible power supply on the market.
Many of the features built into the
Pro Series (with the model number designated as "PMCxx-xx-xx")
were spearheaded by the increase in process line automation.
The need to build products faster, with greater repeatability
and with reduced costs has taken much of the 'human' element
out of the plating process. In many automated lines the
operators are not handling product until the process is
complete. With that being the case, why would you want someone
monitoring the power supply to data log process parameters
or change settings? The Pro Series offers a wide variety
of control options to help automate even the most complex
processes. The basic local control option controls all features
and functions of the rectifier and can store up to ten recipes/macros
to aid in the automation of your process and the optional
Windows based software, DynaComm II,
can add such features as multiple rectifier control, data
logging and local/wide area network support and much more.
Digital control means accurate,
uniform, and repeatable results throughout a product run.
The ability to store settings and parameters allows for
accurate reporting and tracking of settings and their result
on the final product.
By eliminating the multitude of wires
required for analog control (PLC), you reduce the time needed
for setup and programming. Every Dynatronix Programmable
power supply can be controlled with a single RS232/485 cable
or our newest feature using Ethernet and the TCP/IP protocol.
If your process requires the use of multiple programmable
power supplies you have the ability to daisy chain all the
power supplies together using an RS485 line with a single
point of control using our DynaComm II power supply control
software. With the use a computer you get higher capacity
process storage, data collection, and report printing. This
all means greater repeatability with fewer rejects and more
profit.
Add the Extended Range (XR) feature,
available on all Pro Series power supplies, and you can
accurately set and read currents down to .1% of the peak
current output rating. What does this mean? It means that
you can use a single power supply for many different processes;
that equals dollar savings for you.
Approximately 50% of all Pro
Series power supplies sold to date have been customized
in some way. Whether it is for something as simple as an
increase in resolution or as complex as a total package
re-design for an electroplating tool, Dynatronix, Inc. can
build it.
